Edouard Deschepper

Passionate about real estate and hospitality development, Edouard has been the driving force behind The Collection since its creation. As part of The Collection, Edouard also manages Wainbridge's activities in France and the Caribbean. Since 2012, he has been responsible for overseeing acquisitions, structuring, financing, development and construction. His hands-on approach ensures that each project is executed to perfection, with a keen eye on the quality of execution and the financial performance of each property. Prior to joining The Collection, Edouard honed his skills at Société Générale.

Jacques Oudinot

After graduating from the prestigious Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Jacques started his career at the iconic Le Meurice in Paris before embarking on a globetrotting career that took him to Boston, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. His unparalleled expertise led him to become the Resident Manager of Sydney's Shangri-La Hotel in 2010, before taking on his biggest challenge yet in 2012: opening Rosewood Abu Dhabi. While he led the team to great success, he cemented his reputation as a visionary leader with a razor-sharp focus on achieving excellence. In 2014, he joined the legendary Hôtel de Crillon in Paris as the opening Hotel Manager, where he continued to push boundaries and inspire those around him. In 2018, Jacques joined the The Collection team, bringing his international expertise to the management of the brand's portfolio of luxurious villas, residential hotels, and private mansions. As the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Hospitality, he continues to lead The Collection to new heights, always striving to exceed expectations and create unforgettable experiences.

Educated in hospitality and marketing, Candice spent more than a decade sharpening her skills on the enchanting French Riviera before moving to the city of light where she continue to strengthen a well-deserved reputation as one of the industry's most respected and sought-after expert. Now, Candice has set her sights on a new challenge: expanding the worldwide portfolio of The Collection properties. Her mission is to position the brand as the ultimate collection of landmark villas, private residences, and residential hotels in the world's top retreat and city destinations. With her exceptional marketing skills and keen understanding of the luxury travel market, Candice is the perfect leader to take The Collection to new heights. Her passion for excellence makes her a true asset to the team.

Sébastien Sanjou

Born into a family with a five-generation legacy of making and selling food in Bigorre, south-western France, Sébastien Sanjou has been cradled by French cuisine from the very beginning. In 2002, at just 20 years old, he opened his own restaurant in a beautifully renovated 16th-century farm house in the heart of the Var region. At the helm of Relais des Moines, he earned his first Michelin star in 2013 at the young age of 31. As a conductor of gastronomy, Sebastien uses the very best that his beloved country has to offer to create dishes that are nothing short of breathtaking. His culinary talent at the Trente-Trois was quickly recognized, and in just a few short months after the opening of the restaurant, he was awarded a coveted Michelin Star. His ability to elevate simple ingredients to new heights and his dedication to his passion make him a true culinary virtuoso and an invaluable member of the The Collection team.

Mary Kelly

Originally from Ireland, Mary worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for over 10 years in the USA and Caribbean. She worked for the Olympic Games in both London and Rio de Janeiro taking care of the residential component of the Athletes’ Village. Subsequently, Mary worked for Rosewood on a private island in the Caribbean before being Group Director of Customer Operations for a Property Development company in the UK before joining Belgravia Gate as General Manager.

Thibault Le Gouis

After a Bachelor in hotel management at Vatel international school in Lyon, Thibault started his career with Hyatt Hotels corporation and held various management positions in Guam, Beijing and Qingdao. He then joined Rosewood Beijing as Front Services and Manor Club Manager prior to joining Mandarin Oriental Beijing as Assistant Director of Rooms. He successfully held the positions of Director of Rooms and project manager at Anthology Hotels | Zeitgeist Projects Ltd, Beijing, China and finally decided to return to France with his wife and children in 2022. Thibault strongly believes that people are the backbone of any organization.

Mathilde Stroh

Educated both in communication and graphism, from Les Gobelins and La Sorbonne and after successful experiences as marketing and project manager in hospitality, pharmaceutical company as well as in a start-up, Mathilde joined the The Collection team in September 2022. With her modern approach and her creative skills, Mathilde responsible for developing a dynamic digital marketing strategy to position the brand and to create communications supports for all our properties.

Bianca

From a young age, Bianca showed an unconditional love for both guests and staff. Her loving personality and ability to put others at ease quickly caught the attention of the hotel team, who noticed her potential to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for (furry) guests. Today, her natural charisma and ability to read the emotions of others have made her the undisputed icon of Maison Villeroy.
